Ninja Tables Privacy Policy

Welcome to ninjatables.com!

These privacy and policy outline the rules and regulations for the use of the Ninja Tables Website, located at ninjatables.com.

The Privacy Policy describes information on how we collect, process, and share the personal data of external individuals to the ninjatables.com website and the Ninja Tables WordPress plugin. We declare that Ninja Tables is a child concern of WPManageNinja. You can find WPManageNinja’s Privacy Policy here.

What data is being collected by Ninja Tables?

Ninja Tables requests data relevant to executing online data table creation. But Ninja Tables does not store any credit card credentials.

Product users

When product users (website admins) deploy Ninja Tables on their WordPress website, they consciously agree to the terms or conditions regarding specific data accessible to third parties via their developer API. Note that, if the product users turned off the Auto Update or Auto Sync feature, still some data (previously cached) may be stored in the product user’s website database. However, Ninja Tables is not responsible for this cached data. This issue is described in detail below.

End-users

When end-users edit a table they consciously agree to the terms or conditions regarding specific data accessible to third parties via their developer API. Ninja Tables only forwards the data provided consciously by the end-users with users’ permission. Moreover, all kinds of private data are excluded. Ninja Tables does not fetch/process/store any user data that are not permitted by users to be shared publicly.

A detailed description of the data that Ninja Tables safely displays is given below:

  • WooCommerce business owners

Ninja Tables only uses the product information a WooCommerce website owner inserts in the WooCommerce product table. The plugin will never receive any personal data about an individual user. Likewise, when customers go through checkout and put their credit card information, Ninja Tables will not hold the credentials.

  • Fluent Forms users

All privacy policies are in line with Fluent Forms’ privacy policy. Ninja Tables front and end-users can fill up Fluent Forms from the table directly or create tables with form entries. There will be no privacy breach from either plugin’s end.

  • Google Sheets data

This is as secure as all Google products. You will only be fetching the specific Google Spreadsheet data you connect to Ninja Tables. This Google Sheet data table is safe and never harms the sheet owner’s personal or professional Google credentials.

How does Ninja Tables use the data collected?

When Ninja Tables receives data in a table, it saves the submitted data on the plugin’s custom database. The admin can view the data on the “All Tables>>Tables” page of the plugin.

How can users request to delete their data?

Depending on access, users can be categorized into two types- Product users (website admins) who directly use the Ninja Tables plugin to create WordPress data tables and end-users whose data is used in the table (product sellers, employees, etc). So, based on the category of users, the process of deletion is also divided into two types.

Product users

To delete the configuration and credentials, from your WordPress website’s admin panel (product user) go to Ninja Tables > Payment gateways and open the configuration. Next, you can remove the data and Save Settings.

End-users

End-users can request to delete their data. Request admin, only admin can delete.

How does the Ninja Tables website handle user data?

User data is a sensitive topic, and so the following questions and answers arise on the topic.

  • Is any data forwarded to third parties?

Ninja Tables doesn’t collect any third-party data. We retrieve data directly from the users, which is stored only in the plugin’s custom database. If the admin (product user) wishes to send user data to third parties, they can do so. But in such instances, Ninja Tables takes no responsibility for such data sharing.
