A seamless integration with 2 most popular plugins: Fluent Forms and FluentCart – that’s what we bring to the table (literally)!

Thanks to that, you can show your dynamic Fluent Forms data and FluentCart product details in a customized table.

Let’s get going.

What Are Ninja Tables Fluent Integrations?

Ninja Tables is known as one of the easiest table plugins for WordPress and the first plugin developed by WPManageNinja. The same team is behind Fluent Forms and FluentCart.

When integrated with Fluent Forms and FluentCart, Ninja Tables can automate data display and improve audience experience without tinkering with HTML or CSS!

These integrations allow you to:

  • Automatically display form data in tables
  • Show eCommerce products in product tables
  • Update data in real-time without manual intervention
  • Create responsive layout with fast-loading tables
  • Increase engagement with interactive data tables

Explaining Ninja Tables Fluent Integrations

Who doesn’t want to boost eCommerce sales? And for sure, people would like to keep their form entries organized.

Ninja Tables integrates with Fluent Forms and FluentCart for your business, marketing, and personal needs. And the best thing is, both of these integrations are fully free!

Learn how you can transform your WordPress site with these integrations.

Fluent Forms Integration with Ninja Tables

Imagine connecting your favourite table plugin with your favourite form plugin.

You can stop imagining because Ninja Tables and Fluent Forms are right there!

Learn: How-to integrate Fluent Forms

This integration is a connection between your form submissions and data table frontend.

Instead of manually copying those form entries or importing CSV files, this integration automatically pulls form data and displays them in customizable tables.

3 Steps to integrate Fluent Forms and Ninja Tables

Just like how these plugins are easy-to-use, this integration is simple as well.

All you need is to have them installed and activated in your WordPress dashboard.

Step 1: Create Your Form and Collect Submissions

Thanks to Fluent Forms’ intuitive drag-and-drop builder, creating a form takes 2 minutes, 5 at best.

You also get to pick from multiple pre-made templates for contact forms, surveys, subscriptions, applications, and more.

Note: Each form field becomes a table column. And every submission becomes a row entry.

Step 2: Connect Fluent Forms to Ninja Tables

After creating your form, move to your Ninja Tables dashboard.

Click “+ Create New Table” to start creating your form entries table.

connect fluent forms
  • Then from the popup window, select “Connect Fluent Forms”
  • Add table title
  • Choose the form you want
  • Select entry fields to display as columns

That’s it. No complex configuration required.

Step 3: Customize the Table

Once you finish step 2, it’s pretty much done. All there’s left to do is customizing the freshly created form table.

You can see the regular Ninja Tables customization options in the table backend – Table Rows, Table Configuration, Table Design, and Custom CSS.

Frontend Editing and Import feature won’t work in this case, since this table is created using an external data source.

Now you can use Ninja Tables features in this table.

  • Control and change column data types
  • Adjust column width and text alignment
  • Apply conditions to highlight or make changes to cells
  • Transform texts into clickable links
  • Rearrange rows and columns with custom sorting
  • Add custom filters
  • Turn on pagination if the table has too many entries
  • Enable stackable table or responsive breakpoints
  • Style your table with colors or fonts
  • Export or import table data

And more.

See this embedded Fluent Forms data table as an example.

Learn: How-to integrate FluentCart

Step 1: Add FluentCart Products

Does your Fluent-eCommerce store sell all kinds of products? If your store is set up with products already, you can skip this step.

And if you’re just starting out now, you can test this integration by importing dummy products FluentCart provides.

FluentCart products

We’ll use dummy products “Men’s shoes” to explain this integration.

Step 2: Select “FluentCart Table”

  • Choose the products you want to show
  • Select product brands if needed
  • Pick product order and hide/unhide according to stock status

And you’re done!

Step 3: Customize and Embed

In your table backend, you can now see the familiar Ninja Tables tabs like Table Rows, Table Configuration, Table Design, etc.

FluentCart table backend

And since it’s a product table integration, you’ll see 3 more FluentCart-specific options:

  • Appearance: From here you can configure cart and checkout button position and visibility. Also choose bulk actions. And since it’s a product table, you can customize add-to-cart and checkout button texts to match your brand.
  • Query Settings: Modify product selections if you change your mind without starting from scratch.
  • Add New Column: Create custom columns to add more product information.

When you’re done, copy the shortcode and embed your product table anywhere on your website.

The FluentCart integration gives you access to all standard Ninja Tables features:

  • Custom search, sort, and filter
  • Conditional formatting based on stock levels or prices
  • Pagination for large product catalogs
  • Custom action buttons
  • Table design and coloring
  • Bulk actions in the frontend
  • Custom CSS/JS
  • Stackable table or breakpoints
